Maideen Development Trend in the Next Decade

Over the next ten years, Maideen will focus on intelligent agricultural & forestry machinery for complex terrain. Based on its manufacturing base in Shandong, the company sticks to dual-product strategy of gasoline and electric power, transforming from a simple machine manufacturer into an integrated solution provider of smart farm & forest equipment.

In technology, continuous R&D investment will be made to upgrade remote control, obstacle detection and navigation systems, gradually shifting from manual remote operation to semi-autonomous working. Maideen will develop lithium battery electric models while retaining high-power gasoline machines, to meet environmental regulations and diverse working conditions in different countries. The company will keep applying patents on tracked chassis, cutting deck and safety protection, improving machine durability and reducing maintenance cost.

For market development, domestically Maideen concentrates on high-risk scenarios including slope protection, orchards, photovoltaic stations and municipal greening. Overseas, it will build up the MAIDEEN global brand, expand markets in Europe, Southeast Asia, Australia and North America. It will strengthen international certifications such as CE and EPA, enlarge OEM & ODM customization business, and build overseas spare parts warehouses and local after-sales service to solve maintenance problems for global buyers.

Product portfolio will be expanded. Based on remote-controlled lawn mowers, Maideen will enrich its product line with land clearing machines, sprayers, tracked carriers and tillers, together with quick-change attachments to realize multi-function operation on one machine.

In long-term strategy, as a high-tech enterprise, Maideen will strengthen supply chain management and upgrade production lines. Labor shortage in landscaping will keep driving market demand. Maideen will seize the global mechanization upgrading opportunity and build a world-renowned professional brand in the segmented tracked remote-controlled agricultural machinery industry.
